Our on-line shopping cart applies shipping charges based on orders to Continental USA Addresses. We gladly accept orders to other countries, however, additional postage will applied subject to the following terms.
CUSTOMERS FROM HAWAII OR ALASKA ORDERING MORE THAN TWO POUNDS AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CAN NOT ORDER ONLINE, BECAUSE SHIPPING COSTS ARE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN WHAT OUR SHOPPING CART IS CONFIGURED TO CALCULATE. PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR NEEDS SO THAT WE MAY ACCURATELY QUOTE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS.
Canada - Canadian orders of 10-lbs or less are usually sent International First Class Mail. The difference between that postal rate and what was assessed on your order are normally modest amounts (usually in the range of US $3-$10). In such cases we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the additional cost to be incurred and adjust your credit card for the difference.
For orders of 11-lbs and over generally UPS is used. In such cases we will call or e-mail with the additional cost of shipping. If you can respond within 5-business days you order will be processed and the additional shipping cost will be adjusted as an additional charge to your credit card. Or, at your option we can cancel the sale and refund your purchase amount.
European and most Asian Countries. THE US POST OFFICE NO LONGER ACCEPTS SURFACE MAIL PACKAGES TO EUROPE. Therefore, the most economical way to send merchandise up to 20-kilos in a timely manner to Europe is by International Priority Mail. This service is usually 6-10 day delivery to most ECU countries.
Cost of International Priority vary by country but for most orders of 1-10 lbs the difference can be a US $7 to US $20 additional charge over what our shopping cart applies for US delivery addresses. In such cases we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the additional shipping cost.
Upon your response and agreement to incur additional shipping expense, your credit charged and your order mailed. If we do not have a response back within 5 business days of your original order the sale will be canceled and your credit card credited the full amount of your original order.
Third World Orders - Due to the high level of credit card fraud plus the problems involved with substandard postal systems within these countries no orders are accepted from such countries.
Mexico / Latin - We strongly suggest you provide a US address and/or Freight Forwarding service to receive our Product. In such instances we recommend you contact us by Phone or E-mail to arrange for your purchase.
